I have been thinking about marriage lately .. I have been thinking about it all the time!! In the last 4 years two of my friend have gone threw bitter divorces and it has been heart breaking to have to sit back and watch people who were suppose to care for one another more than anyone one else in the world, hurt someone more deeply then they could hurt anyone else in the world.. Sometimes it scares me how much "power" (I guess is the right word), I give my husband. At any moment he could rip my life in pieces and the same for me.. How very critically important it is for us to guard our relationships and most important our marriages.. Some one on face book posted "Marriage isn't about finding that special some one. It's about being that special someone" It's so true we cannot control anyone but ourselves. We are the only one's who can make sure we do right, that we walk with God..

But what blessing my marriage is. I praise God for my husband the man he is.. He may not be a Pastor or even be in full time Christian service, but my husband is a man of God... How it fills my heart with thankfulness when I see him on his knees. When I see him love our Children and make sure we are always in church.. I want to thank God today for my husband, and thank Him for the blessed life he has given me. I don't deserve anything!
