Our tenth anniversary trip

We left Sunday afternoon for the Pocono Mountains, We arrived around 6:30pm and checked into our room. The room was so big and just beautiful.
Then we headed off to dinner, Dan had pork chops and I had a really neat version or mac and cheese. Then dessert yum, everything was so good.
Monday morning we had breakfast delivered to our room. Then met a van that took us to a cute candle shop where they showed us how they make their carved candles. The one they carved was a beautiful purple and white one, he carved hearts into the top it was so beautiful.
Before we left Dan took me back down stairs and bought it for me.
Then we went around back and looked at all the cool animals they had there.
I knew Libby would love seeing some pictures of them.
Then we headed to Bushkill falls, they call it the Niagara of Pa. It was very beautiful!
We walked all around the falls. I was pretty brave if I do say so myself it was really high up.
Then we had some ice cream and headed to the Christmas shop where we bought a ornament to remember our anniversary trip.
We went back to the resort and got ready for dinner. Tonight Dan had steak and I had chicken cordon blue, which was neat because that is what we served at our reception.
Tuesday we got up and packed, then Dan fished for a while. If you caught a fish they had put in the pond that had a tag you would win a thousand dollars. Ya, we didn't catch it.
Then we went bike riding around the resort, that was fun. Then we played a game of pool which Dan beat me at. Than I suggested we play some ping pong, which I beat him three time's at.
He was not to happy about that, but soon got over it .
Then we headed off for home. Feeling refreshed and rested. It was a wonderful time with my honey.
